Item 4. Ownership.
(a) and (c). Throughout November and December 2005, the Reporting Person Habari
Trading LLC sold 656,300 shares of Class A Common Stock. Accordingly, Reporting
Person Habari Trading LLC presently holds 84,382 shares of Issuer's Class A
Common Stock. Robert Afshar owns 100% of the membership interest in Habari
Trading LLC, and as a result, has the ability to control the voting power or
dispositive power over any of these shares owned by Habari Trading LLC.
(b) The Reporting Person Habari Trading LLC has beneficial ownership of
approximately 0.87% of the Class A Common Stock. Based upon information provided
by the Issuer, as of the close of business on February 9, 2005, there were
9,754,222 shares of Class A Common Stock outstanding.
Item 5. Ownership of Five Percent or Less of a Class.
Throughout November and December 2005, the Reporting Person Habari Trading LLC
sold 656,300 shares of Issuer's Class A Common Stock. On December 7, 2005, the
Reporting Person Habari Trading LLC ceased to be the beneficial owner of more
than five percent of the Class A Common Stock of Issuer. Therafter, Reporting
Person Habari Trading LLC further reduced its ownership interest in the Issuer
and presently has beneficial ownership of 0.87% of Class A Common Stock.
Accordingly, this statement is being filed to report the fact that, as of the
date of this report, the Reporting Persons have ceased to be the beneficial
owner of more than five percent of the Class A Common Stock of Issuer.
