Biography

Joelle M. Smith has served as our President, Data, Technology, and Experience since May 2022. Prior to her appointment, Ms. Smith served as the Chief Experience Officer of the Company since January 2020. Prior to that role, she served as Executive Vice President, Resident and Investigative Research of the Company from July 2017 to December 2019. Prior to First Advantage, Ms. Smith held various roles as vice president at Mindtree from July 2012 to July 2017.  Ms. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
