Biography

John Rudella has been a Senior Advisor of Silver Lake since August 2025. He joined Silver Lake in 2014 and previously served as Director from January 2020 to July 2025. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Rudella served as a U.S. Navy SEAL, where he held a variety of leadership positions working in technology and development, and made multiple deployments to Africa and the Middle East. He currently serves on the board of directors of Entrata, EverCommerce, Iterable, First Advantage Corporation, and the Station Foundation. Mr. Rudella holds a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and an M.S. from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces. Mr. Rudella was selected to serve as a director because of his experience in private equity investing and knowledge and understanding of business and corporate strategy.
